All our fresh New Zealand Pork is 100% PigCare Accredited Pork, and comes from the Canterbury region.

The PigCare™ label identifies our product is produced from animals born and raised in New Zealand with an assurance of animal welfare.

All our farms are independently audited against New Zealand’s Animal Welfare (Pigs) Code of Welfare 2010, and compliant with New Zealand’s stringent food safety standards.

Pork can either be purchased as whole carcass or primal cuts.

Imported Pork

We can also supply imported product cuts, available frozen and include legs, and ribs.

These are perfect for selling frozen, or for processing into bacon and ham.
