New Zealand produces the finest lamb in the world. Our lamb is pasturefed and not fed concentrates or artificial food.
Sourced from local farms, the climate and farming conditions accentuate the flavour and tenderness of the meat. Our rigid controls means our lamb is microbiologically safe when it leaves the processing plant, and is certified to the highest requirements.
Our lamb is initially electronically selected based on prescribed specifications, and then hand graded to the Meat New Zealand standard grading system. Our team at Ken Wilson Meats is proud of the quality grading system, and have the capability to ensure the product is selected and cut to meet your specifications.
